Our Approach

KP Scholars works with school districts and employers to develop a talent pipeline to meet the human capital needs of the 21st century workforce. The KP community stakeholder model recognizes that developing talent begins in K12 and therefore we view our school system partners as a key customer for our services—aligning their mission to develop college and career ready students with the demand created by local employers—our other customer.

We deliver our talent development services as an out of school time activity often as an afterschool program. While our methodology is designed to help all youth achieve their kinetic potential in any career—we have a unique focus on developing talent for the following high demand careers:
